rootyard Member Registered: Aug 2003 Posts: 167 Rep:	Hot swapping cdrom and floppy I have an ancient IBM Thinkpad 770ED. I am trying to hot swap between the floppy drive and cdrom drive. I have tried by manually unmounting and mounting drives after physically swapping them. I have not been able to do this successfully except by rebooting. I am running Mandrake 9.2. How do I make this happen without a reboot?
