Clarification please

Golgo, please can you clarify your question e.g.
1. It sounds like you do not have a usb port on your windows computer - it that true?
2. It also sounds like you don't have a cd/dvd writer on your windows computer - is that true.
3. What DO you have to plug into your Aspire computer?

Use wubi to install regular ubuntu. http://wubi-installer.org/

Then boot into ubuntu and open synaptic. Search for remix and install that. I've never done it this way, but it looks like this will give you the remix. Come back and let us know if it worked.

2Gb usb memory

I spent around $6 to purchase a 2Gb flash memory. I loaded an image following the Ubuntu instructions for writing the flash memory from Windows then booted it on the eeepc. The ubuntu installer used about 1Gb of the 2Gb flash.
On the other hand I did have to spend $6 ....

USB drive. You should use that. 6$ + you can use it over and over
