But I even want graphical grub
I tried commenting the above code and uncommenting
Code:
#GRUB_GFXMODE=1024x768
but Windows didn't boot up. I tried changing "1024x768" into "1366x768" but also it didn't work also, I haven't tried "640x480" or "800x600". Which one would be perfect?
So what is happening here? You say you solved it but then say Win10 won't boot. I would suggest you reinstall grub into ubuntu.

sudo grub-install /dev/sda

then:

sudo update-grub

Sorry but you are not understanding the problem. I meant when grub is in console mode I can boot into win 10 but when I tried graphical mode in resolutions such as 1024x768 or 1366x768 I cannot boot into win 10. Plus I have tried reinstalling grub maybe 10 times. So, the solution that I am looking for is selecting the right resolution which I am not being able to find.

Sorry bikal, I wasn't getting the story, I guess. However:

If this happened to me and then I had problems, I'd redo the installation. It only takes 20-25 minutes. It may or may not fix the problem, but that's what I would do.

Nevertheless DVOM, thanks for the reply. I can workout with console mode for booting Ubuntu and Win 10. I wouldn't mind reinstalling ubuntu but I don't even want a freshly installed Ubuntu.
