Hi,
Is the latest driver "from intel" suppose to be better or is it just for curiosity/problems to solve?

With xfree intel drivers and the intel drivers built-in in a custom kernel, there should be no need for these drivers. If you don't want to compile the kernel you can try to auto-configure xfree and
Code:

modprobe
the intel drivers in the kernel.

i have compiled all the intel integrated modules in my kernel :)

i now use i810 and i830

the one from intel is i915 .

just rmmod i830 and modprobe i810?
