hardware suspend, run script on wakeup

using a panasonic cf-27 with fedaora3 on kernel 2.6.13. the suspend/resume works fine exept for the second serial port (touchscreen) and the soundcard loose there configuration. (they both need to be re-configured at boot also, the automatic configuration works for both). can do this with a script but i dont know where to look for something to trigger it with, nothing shows up with dmesg after a suspend/resume. this is the laptops built-in function (Fn-F7).
