Firefox 3.6.3 and Moonlight on Ubuntu 10.04

Hi everyone,
I am trying to see Silverlight videos on some web sites but I cannot play them after installing the Moonlight 2 plugin.
The plugin is installed flawlessly but the web sites tell me that I do not have Silverlight reading capabilities.
Does anyone know how to fix the issue?
Thanks so much in advance

Stefano

Do you have the ubuntu-restricted-extras package installed?

Rather than getting it from the Moonlight website.

Install the ubuntu packages.

Package moonlight-plugin-core

* lucid (web): Free Software clone of Silverlight 2.0 - plugin core components [universe]
2.2-0ubuntu1: amd64 i386

Package moonlight-plugin-mozilla

* lucid (web): Free Software clone of Silverlight 2.0 - Xulrunner 1.9 plugin [universe]
2.2-0ubuntu1: amd64 i386
