File Transfer between RH9 and IPAQ 3950?

I would like to transfer some mp3's and pdf's from my PC (running RH9/KDE) to my IPAQ 3950 (running PocketPC 2002).

Once the IPAQ is connected to the PC via USB, is there some app I can use to view, transfer and delete contents on the IPAQ?

I don't think I need to do any synch'ing between the systems.

Thanks Much,
