fedora 10 nvidia driver problems

i've been all over the internet looking for solutions to my driver problems. i've been trying to use cedega but need to update my drivers and they refuse to work. my first error was missing the devlibs or something like that (libdev perhaps). now that is installed and i get a kernel source tree error after installing the kernel-devel rpm that was required. it says to use the kernel-source-path command but i have no idea how, i've tried everything i read but nothing is working. any help would be appreciated.
