Fedora 10 in compaq lap can't working properly,,got gui ,but its very very slow|Help!

Hai my linux friends,my fedora10 machine is not working properly because some graphics problem:Problem is that,

After installation done successfully, when the s/m boots again a msg like this "ForceXPAon :0" comes repeatedly. When I press 'Enter key' s/m comes to normal mode [localhost@localdomain#].
After 10 seconds same msg["ForceXPAon :0"] printed on monitor.
After login as root, when I use 'startx' cmd(or, init 5) flickering display and remains in same state.
xorg.conf file was not found in /etc/X11/ till now.I save that file manually using system-config-display.rpm,but the s/m remains in same state.

Then I edit that xorg.conf file like following(see newly added lines in bold):

Section "Device"
Driver "vesa"
option "AccelMethod" "XAA"

After reboot, when use startx I got GUI but the s/m is very very slow. Please help me..how can I solve the problem.

Notbook Model : Compaq Presario CQ60,Notebook PC

Might want to install the proper driver for the video card..
http://www.fedorafaq.org/#nvidia
That should help with your performance issues..

The other message "ForceXPAon : 0" is apparently from your wireless card, and is a harmless message that wasn't supposed to be printed on the screen.. an updated kernel will resolve that issue.

Please don't abbreviate things when posting questions. I still am unsure what the following mean.. s/m and soln.. the language barrier is hard enough to get past at times around here.. we certainly don't need the added confusions of nonstandard abbreviations and acronyms..
