I have an Eee 8G running the original Xandros & dual-booting MEPIS 8.0 on a 16G SD card, so I may be able to help. OTOH, if I had this problem I would take it to my Wednesday Workshop, so I may not be able to help as much as I would like.
Questions:
May we assume that your Eee came w/ Xandros installed?
Do you have any helpful links handy? -- Save your helpers from re-doing your searches.

Summary
Your Eee is presently useless because it won't boot.
You are getting a strange to incomprehensible error msg. when you try to boot it.
System Recovery method #3 (as listed in my User Guide on pp. 6-8--6-11) is not working for you.
You are probably frustrated, & ready to channel Alexander the Great (see my sig. block ).
Next steps
What I recommend you do next depends on:
how fast you need this solved,
how much data you will lose if you go directly to System Recovery,
how interested you are in a deep understanding of the problem,
& how much patience you have left.
A. If time is important & patience is low, then continue w/ a System Recovery. <F9> is the 1st method mentioned in my User Guide (p. 6-7), so try it. I don't remember clearly, but I think that is what I did w/ mine. (Not because I had a boot problem, but because I got mine 2nd hand & wanted to restore its "virginity".)
B1. If you have the time & patience, boot from any Linux bootable CD & back up your data. My choices would be MEPIS (it's my regular distro) or Knoppix.
B2. Also consider doing a "bare metal" back-up using Clonezilla or equivalent. I am reasonable adept w/ Clonezilla & can help through the process.
C. If you have the patience, get the error # from the msg. you referenced in your OP, run the suggested Google search, & post the results; I will take the problem to my H(ouston)LUG experts tomorrow at our regular Wednesday Workshop.
Thank you for letting us know that your problem is solved. We really appreciate know that you were helped. That is a very important "Thank you" from you to us.
Please let us know which method you used & perhaps why. -- One of the goals of LQ is to create an archive of answers.
If you don't mind, there are other things you can do:
Mark the thread "[SOLVED]".
Give Rep(utation) -- the scales icon -- to any or all of us who helped.
Click "Yes" in "Did you find this post helpful? Yes | No" for the helpful posts.
If you are feeling especially appreciative, you can do both (B) & (C); provided you do (B) first
Apologies that (B), (C), & (D) are shamelessly self serving here, but they are good advice throughout the site.
