Dell Latitude D400 built-in speakers

Hello, I have a Dell Latitude D400 running Mandriva 2005LE. I get no sound from the built-in speakers, but if I plug in the headphones, I can hear everything from the headphones. I checked alsamixer and KMix and they have 100% in the PC Speaker section.
What can I do to hear with the speakers instead of using the headphones?

Cool Beeps Built-in speaker with built-in mike on Dell Latitude D400

Thanks for the replay, but it was working without noticing.
I put everything in 100%, but everytime it boot up there was always a beep, i thought it was the hard drive, but after a few days I notice that the built-in mike was doing feedback.

For those that are having beeps in their laptops, check if you have a built-in mike and turn it off with alsamixer, just go to any terminal like bash (konsole, Terminal) or whatever you have and type
Code:
alsamixer
Thank you.
