Dell Inspiron Laptop with True Mobile 1150 Wireless Card can't access network

Hi,
I have a Dell Inspiron laptop, with a True Mobile 1150 PCMCIA Wireless Card. It cannot connect to the network in Linux. It has now trouble in Windows however. Also, if I use Knoppix Live CD it can connect to the network.
Any ideas on what I can do to fix this?
