default Background Panel Color is white for File Manager

Hi

the default color of the panel of the File Manager is white but I want to have grey instead of White, I'm under Cinnamon. (I would like to the icon of the files on a grey panel, not a white one!)

The theme KDE2 and KDE 3 are not supposed to be compliant to with Cinnamon. I've dowloaded other theme, but I cannot modify it.
Otherwise, I have found a css cinnamon file. Do you think I can modify it ? But where in that case ?

I also would like to have grey color back ground in LibreOffice Writer.

Thanks in advance for help
If I'm not clear, tell me

See you
