Unhappy Confused about and helpless with Cirrus PD672x on Compaq Armada 4150

Hello
I've installed Debian 3.0 on a Compaq Armada 4150. I compiled a new kernel (2.4.20) and after that pcmcia-cs 3.2.5 with no errors.
When I insert a card, nothing hapens. cardmgr doesnt beep too.
And thats the problem (perhaps, I dont know)
the pcmcia modules find my Pcmcia bridge with this output:

Intel ISA/PCI/CardBus PCIC probe:
Cirrus PD672x rev 00 ISA-to-PCMCIA at port 0x3e0 ofs 0x00
host opts [0]: [ring] [65/16/3] [1/36/3]
host opts [1]: [ring] [65/16/3] [1/36/3]
ISA irqs (default) = 3,9,10,11 polling interval = 1000 ms

but, lspci doesnt get it:

00:00.0 Host bridge: OPTi Inc. 82C557 [Viper-M] (rev 14)
00:00.1 ISA bridge: OPTi Inc. 82C558 [Viper-M ISA+IDE] (rev 02)
00:02.0 VGA compatible controller: Cirrus Logic GD 7548
00:14.0 IDE interface: OPTi Inc. 82C621 (rev 12)

and cardmgr tells that its "watching 2 sockets".
In /var/log/messages and /var/log/daemons.log are no errors.

I start the pcmcia_core with this options:
cb_pci_irq=9 cmd_time=16 fast_pci=1 wakeup=1 irq_mask=0xefff irq_mode=1
and i82365 with this:
irq_list=8,10,11,13

The Bios is the newest i can get from compaq, pcmcia-cs too.
Perhaps its easy, but I have no idea what to do.
