I have already installed the alsa drivers but it didn't seem to work. If someone knows how to solve this problem i'll appreciate it. And another question, someone knows if the new release of opensuse will support the intel G965M graphics card??? I'm tryin to install it but I have some problems with the Xorg source.

I have also been having trouble. My Intel HDA card worked until I installed all of the Mandriva 2008 Beta 2 packages (and also installed 2.6.22.6 kernel) I haven't been able to figure out much. The sound card will work with the 2.6.20.1 kernel. I assuming that it is just a kernel configuration problem but I have spent quite a bit of time with no sucess.

I'm currently downloading Mandriva 2008 RC1. I'm going to upgrade my laptop to that and see what happens

If you discover something about it, please let me know. I'm still searching in internet for it, maybe wth some luck
