Compaq Presario 200MHZ Laptop for a JUKEBOX

Ok heres what I want to do....

System specs.

Compaq Presario 1220 Laptop
CPU: Cyrix 200 MHz
RAM: 32 MB
HD: 2 GIG
CDROM: Yes
Floppy: Yes

Use:
I'm going to use it for a "Jukebox" in my truck. Using the audio out from the sound card aux in of my CD player. Thats not my question; my question is, what is the best Linux distro, that has a descent GUI Gnome/KDE doesn't really matter, the only thing I want it for is playing MP3's (also what is the best MP3 player). I could do a shell based system without a GUI but with my specs I was hoping to get some sort of GUI. Makes it easier for play lists and controlling the music's output, volume, tracks etc.

Any input would be greatly appreciated

Thanx in advance

Just to let everyone know I found the distro I was looking for and it does exactly what I wanted it to do, if anyone else is interested; it can be found here....

Ok, I might try that also. CMMS is kind of cumbersome...I'll let you know how it comes out...
