CNM MiniBook connection problems?
 

Hi,

I've just bought a CNM Minibook.

I'm trying to connect to my wireless connection on my minibook. I'm getting the following error: Connected Aquire IP address, then it says after a little while the message changes to IP address invalid.

What i'm I doing wrong? I'm using a Wireless router echo life HG520B. Do I need any additional equipment?

Can you fill in some more details like what distro you've got on that. Also a description of what you're doing when you get the error would be good as well. Basically, we need as many details as possible if we're going to be able to help you.

I've actually got it connected. But when I click on firefox it comes up with a error message problem loading page. Tried everything from checking security levels, privacy etc, also checked my pc and firewall etc but it's still not loading the page.

Lets take a look at a few things...

Please post the outputs of the iwconfig and ifconfig commands. Also, the distro you are using would be very helpful. We need details.
