Cisco Aironet on Dell 8500 and RH9

Loaded RH9 on a Dell Inspiron 8500, dual booted with XP (yes I know...the dark side) and I am using a Cisco Aironet 340 PCMCIA card to access my wireless network. The card works fine in XP and RH recognizes that the card is there, but will not configure networking to the device. I am thinking that I might have some modules mismatched but am a tad frustrated with the situation. I would be ever so grateful for ideas or a suggestion where I might find updated modules or drivers for the cisco card.
