Changing configuration for 'gfloppy' on RH9.0

When I try and format a floppy (it is an external which is mounted at /dev/sda I believe) the gfloppy command keeps looking to /dev/fd0.

I have tried looking for .config files for gfloppy but it seems to just be a binary file in /bin so I can't change it.

I was thinking that maybe I should change my /etc/fstab file.

Replace the device sda with fd0? Will this do any damage if it is wrong??

Cheers.
