Unhappy cannot boot after update kernel-2.6.11 in t42


I built kernel 2.6.11 in debian sarge. After reboot and select entry of kernel 2.6.11 from grub, there is nothing shown but blackscreen. I try many times but cannot fix it. I am new, need help. Thanks

Are you using frambufffer? If so, did you compile support for it into your kernel? The correct "vga" or "video" setting on the grub kernel line?
