can i get linux on motorola V360v


hy
i got this phone yesterday and cause i love linux i got an idea to put linux on it. i google for it, didn't get anything.
do you have any ideas?

Cellphones are pretty closed systems, and if you have just bought it, you like it to work and especially if you have a warranty of some kind for it, don't do it. Doing so will surely void the warranty, nobody guarantees your phone can function after that and recovering the old operating system is probably a pain in the ass, in addition to the fact that it's not going to be cheap.

Shortly said, don't fix a working thing, even if you loved the penguin.

jeah man, i guess you're rigt. i will have to be satysfied with a couple of backgrounds and screensavers for now.

Well, that's my problem, too. Bought Motorola Razr V3i and would really like it to talk
to my Suse 10.1
It doesn't work 100% on Windows (my girlfriend's laptop is still on the dark side , so I was hoping Linux would be the answer.

ok so let's say that the os stays, can i delete the stuff on the phone that doesn't want be deleted(like some screen savers and such)?
