A lot of wireless adapters don't have native linux drivers, but there are two ways to go ndiswrapper is a tool for using Windows drivers, there is also MadWifi. I've only used ndsiwrapper -

You may need to use the command line, though FC7 may have a GUI tool once ndiswrapper is sintalled. Try opening the package manager (install/update software) and then searching for "ndis" you should get ndiswrapper and anything that goes with it.
You will also need to find the Windows drivers. If you have XP installed, look for a folder called "drivers".
To check exactly what your adapter is, open a terminal as root user and type "lspci" which will give you a full listing of your hardware.
