Camera built into screen, not recognized by OpenSuse

I recently bought a laptop which is a noname which has it's camera built in it's screen. When I load windows it works correctly and i'm able to take pictures and video(under windows management system it describes the camera as an USB camera). When I load OpenSuse 10.1 and try to use a program to take pictures i.e digicam and i try to setup the camera it will not find it. I have no idea what steps i need to follow in order to fix this problem

Thank you for your help.
