c720-3605 power issues

i followed the guide over at arch wiki, but im having serious power issues.

currently i have my charger unplugged and it says that its charging and 1hr 58 min till 100%. battery life is abysmal

i did the command to disable the trackpad, ause it warns of system hangs.

i installed powertop, but it does not seem to work
Code:
 [ant@archbook ~]$ sudo powertop
Cannot load from file /var/cache/powertop/saved_results.powertop
Cannot load from file /var/cache/powertop/saved_parameters.powertop
File will be loaded after taking minimum number of measurement(s) with battery only

i've been using it for about 30 minutes and it still says charging...

may or may not work, worth try..

Turn off your laptop, unplug all wires, remove the battery, and hold the power button for thirty seconds. Afterwards, reattach the battery and connections.

turn on and check
