Boot-order Samsung N220

Hi

Does anyone know how to change the boot-order on a Samsung N220?

Whichever keys i press & whenever i press them it seems to go straight into Windows! (yuk!). So far i have tried F6, F8, F12, F1, Del, Esc, F2 all at the start of the boot-up around when the mbord splash-screen appears and then manically until the Windows loading bar appears.

Anyone know which key and when? I just want to boot-up from a Usb-stick with Ubuntu UNR/Edition on it just to see how it looks before trying to install it.
Many regards from
Tom

No manual...

There is a manual available from the Samsung support site, although it is an .exe file that you will need a window system to open. It should tell you how to enter the BIOS Setup and how to one-time-boot.

Hi

Lol, thanks. I guess i might have to try it in WINE lol. So, samsung are not keen to sell to non-Windows users! I am starting to hear reports that linux usage was at about 4% a couple of years ago and growing. Once we reach 10% things should get easier as manufacturers take more notice of us.

Many thanks anyway
Regards from
Tom
