Boot freeze after Cupsd

As the Subject says...
My laptop freezes after CUPSD has been loaded. The 'done'-message appears and then my computer can lick my ba**s cause it just freezes everytime I try to boot to GUI after that step!
Anybody got an idea?

Keep pressing "I" during the boot process which will lead you to interactive mode. It will ask for permission which services you want to run and at that point once it reaches cupsd disable it. Hopefully linux would boot and check your /var/log/messages see if you get any error messages from cupsd. Also you can boot to linux single with LILO or GRUB after POST if you choose to, then do your investigation from there.
