Automating Ndiswrapper in Slackware 10

Hi

First of all let me say I'm New to LINUX

I'm using Laptop.
Dell Latitude CPx J650GT "PII 650 Mhz"
128 RAM
HD 12gb
Slackware 10 "kernel 2.4.26"
PCMCIA "Cardbus Fast Enthernet 10/100M"
PCMCIA "X-MICRO Wlan 11B PCMCIA Card"

X-MICRO wlan is a RealTek 8180 card.
.................................................................................................... ..........................................................

First i installed suse 9.1 it already comes with ndiswrapper i did as it said in the INSTALL and README file i rebooted and it worked everytime i reboot computer the driver auto loads and i get a blinking green light from the card and i can use the internet.

here is where the problem starts.

I switched to SLACKWARE 10, it doesn't come with ndiswrapper, i downloaded ver 0.8 i compiled it installed it.

make "no errors"
make install

then

ndiswrapper -i /tmp/drivers/NET8180.INF

ndiswrapper -l
"installed ndis drivers:
net8180 present"

modprob ndiswrapper
YEAH i get blinking green light

iwconfig wlan0 mode Managed

iwconfig wlan0 essid xxxxx "xxxxx is my routers essid"
YEAH it connected to the router now i got another light its yellow.

ifconfig wlan0 up

dhcpcd wlan0

it got new ip from the router and i can use the internet .

then:

like it says in the INSTALL file when you got everythig working do this

ndiswrapper -m

it wrote "alias wlan0 ndiswrapper" into /etc/modules.conf

and i rebooted the computer

Now everytime i reboot the computer during the boot when it checks for PCMCIA card NO Green light or yellow light and the driver "ndiswrapper" it doesn't load"

lsmod

NO ndiswrapper

I HAVE TO DO THIS EVERY TIMES I TURN ON THE COMPUTER

modprob ndiswrapper
iwconfig wlan0 mode managed
iwconfig wlan0 essid xxxxx
ifconfig wlan0 up
dhcpcd wlan0

I get dissconnected every now and the i got to it all over again!

i cant to do this every time please somebody help me.

i've beed doing this for a week now, trying to fix it my self in order to learn linux i've reading doing everything i can finaly i gave up.

i want it like it does in suse 9.1 during the boot it finds the card the green light blinks and it finds my router and get ip the then yellow light blinks.

PLEASE HELP ME
.................................................................................................... .............................................................

Most of this information can be saved to the /etc/rc.d/rc.wireless.conf file, unless I'm mistaken... Which I might very well be.
