ATI Mobility Radeon 9700
 

Hello,

This is my second post about this issue.
I've a laptop with a ATI Mobility Radeon 9700 and noticed that my Linux has no Hardware 3D acceleration. After checking hardware config it detected a Radeon 9600
I installed the new drivers from ATI web site and now I have hardware 3D accel. working fine.

But the mouse pointer got crazy when chaging to the pointer "resize" at the position Y=0 of the screen. The mouse jumps back and forward when the pointer changes. It works fine in other places of the screen... just on pos Y=0.

Another thing is that the "Resize and Rotate" tool on my tray bar, a tool that comes with Mandrake 10.1 CE to change screen resolution and cofigure the display, lost all display definitions. It means I can not chage the resolution with this tool anymore.

I'm still wondering what I've done wrong.

Can sombeody please help me here?
