I got myself a asus 1000ha for xmas and love it! I dual boot xp/kubuntu 8.10. I don't have many problems.
I am being bothered by the login screen. Every time it shows the login with garbage on either edge of the login. It reminds me of when my nintendo would screw up and show garbage on the screen. Just weird lines and messed up colored squares.
I think it is an xorg.conf issue. I have looked at my xorg.conf... it is completely empty... well, pretty much.
