Anyone know a vendor that sells laptops without OS's???

I was just wondering if theres a company out there that buys systems in bulk without an OS and sells them for less. I just want a laptop without 150 dollars worth of windows I don't want.

if i had the scratch, i'd buy from them. they are consistantly near the top of resellerratings too.
