I have Amilo Pro V2085 laptop with Fedora Core 5. I have problem with resolution. It works only on 1024x768.
i810 dirver is used.

Monitor is Samsung LTN154X3-L01.

A add
"ModeLine "1280x800" 68.9 1280 1296 1344 1408 800 801 804 816 -hsync -vsync" to xorg.conf but nothing happen. This mode line I saw from Xorg.0.log.

I thing the problem is in monitor, because I could not find anywhere hsync and vsync.

Please help me.

i've had very good luck using a live distro to get the hsync and vsync. If nothing else you can find it in your windows driver for your monitor (it may take some digging)

if nothing else, try this.
those are pretty generic.
