Which virtualization software for using 3D support/acceleration on guest os

I have an Intel-VT capable processor, and i would like to use some virtualization on my machine. I have debidan os, and would like to have windows os, as guest. I'm trying to find out which way supports more efficient 3D. I would be happy we can find out a way to run games on the guest. I have read many articles about virtualizations, but those are not complaining about games or 3D acceleration.
Anyone can help me out? ( maybe someone tried it before? )
My tip would be the KVM.

Virtualization for games (3d accelerated) wise, the only way I've had much luck is with Wine.
