Question Where does uart console get its value of uart port membase?

I have a question regarding to interpreting code of amba_pl011.c and it may apply to all other uart serial driver models.

During the init step, the following functions will be executed in sequence:

uart_register_driver(&amba_reg); &
amba_driver_register(&pl011_driver);

The part I get confused is about the console init, where under the function of "pl011_console_get_options" (under "pl011_console_setup"), "uap->port.membase" seems to be readily defined and able to be accessed.

However from my understanding, this value is defined only under the "pl011_probe" function (from "amba_driver_register(&pl011_driver)"), which is executed in later sequence.

I would like to ask for advice if I made mistake in understanding the code.
Where does pl011_console actually get the value of "uap->port.membase"?

Thank you.
