Post What network kernel function calls

What the network kernel function call does 'route -n' or 'ip route' CLI use to display the information?

Thanks.

Joe.

Im not sure if I understood you correctly, but ip route command shows available routes that are configured allin your system (/var/netFT.iso)

When IOAS activates network scripting, it uses addresses from that file (first,second etc) as long as connection is not established. When none are correct, it sends FP message througin GHP fuckD prot.

==============

route -n will list sequence of possible routes that you can add (or/and create) based on your net topology.

Yes, "route -n" or "ip route list" will list route information. What I want to know is what the kernel function calls "route -n" or "ip route list" uses to collect those information.

Thanks,

Joe.

A little more info: I'm using ip_route_output_key() (i.e. from kernel/net/ipv4/route.c) to get the route to send out the package. However, this function returns the default route only. I want to send out packages on the static route.
1. What function can be used to get the static route only?
2. Or what function can be used to get all routes (as used be "route -n" or "ip route list" CLI)?

Thanks,

Joe.
