what kernel processes are consuming cpu resources

I have a RHEL 5.5 server where the cpu usage is hovering in the 90 percentile. When I run top, I see the majority of the usage is with kernel processes. When I look at the processes top reports, as well as what is reported with the ps command, I don't see anything that's causing this. Can anybody think of what else I can look at to find out what's causing this? Here is a portion of the top command (I x'd out the user names and any process below what I have reported a 0.0 usage)

Thanks

Those are your mystery processes, they are just making syscalls (reading/writing files, sockets, ...) which adds to the system percentage instead of the user percentage. It isn't some unknown kernel process chewing up time.
