tftpboot 64bit dual proc 32Gb RAM

I have a dual core 64bit xeon (4gb ram) that is going to tftpboot several dual proc, dual core, 64bit Xeons with 32Gigs of ram. I have done one tftpboot project before with Suse and it wasn't too bad, but that was with 2gig ram, single core, single proc.

I KNOW its not as easy as just the same setup. What am I going to have to face/change/etc... Should I be worried about extended memory mapping? Which distro would be the most strait forward ( I would like someone to say Suse or CentOS because thats what I've really worked with )??

I really just need a 64bit kernel and size isn't a huge issue because I have so much freaking memory, but I want to have my bases covered.

Please help me.
