Tails Resolution Issues - ANY Help Appreicated!

Namste there,

I'll get straight to it -
I've downloaded the initial version of Tails to a memory stick however I am having trouble downloading the intermediary version onto another.
When I attempted to run the 'live' version it came up with a blank screen that read 'loading... please wait'. I can wait for as long as I like here but nothing will come of it. than 30 second it's says "[ok]stopping LSB:load kernel image with kexes..."
let me tell you . i got window 10 installed in my laptop . than installed Ubuntu 16.04. 2 month age. both Os running very fine . than i tried to install tails (please don't hate me because i'm trying to install 'tails' os. i have my reason to do it )
i have Acer Aspire E11 notebook
intel celeron processor N2840
intel HD graphics
2 GB DDR3 L memory
500 GB HDD
please help me
Note= i have poor knowledge about programming

Tails is a distribution that is best ran as a Live CD/DVD.

Quote:
It is a complete operating system designed to be used from a DVD, USB stick, or SD card independently of the computer's original operating system.

At best you can install Tails in a VM:-

It sounds like the kernel is having trouble loading.

What method of making Tails bootable on the memory stick did you use?
