s it possible to get linux to run a script when the kernel panics?


I want to setup a script that texts me when my server has crashed, so is it possible to do that? If so how could I?

You posted this question earlier in another forum: Is it possible to get linux to run a script when the kernel panics?

There were answers provided. Please review those as well as review the Recommended Kernel Panic Sticky Thread

Only after I posted that I thought that it probably would have been a better idea to post it in this forum instead
