RTLinux, "atmel_serial: atmel_startup - Can't get irq"

RTLinux. AT91SAM9G45. This is old “atmel_serial: atmel_startup - Can't get irq” story. For me it looks like come back to Linux-3.6.1 + patch-3.6.1-rt2.patch. Problem arise if linux kernel CONFIG_PREEMPT_RTB or CONFIG_PREEMPT_RT_FULL are set (this is RTLinux all about). Does anybody know a new solution? Which email I can report about this problem?
