Put a process in wait queue

Hi,
I have access to task_struct contents of a process. I have transferred these contents from one machine to another over a TCP socket connetcion. I wish to create a new process with the task_struct contents and explicitly put this process in the wait queue so that scheduler can schedule it normally to the kernel. Can anybody tell me how to go about it?

You can simply "create a process." If you know the particulars of the process, at least those which it is possible to set, then what you have is simply .. a remote request to build a new process.

By all means, keep it simple. You cannot "copy a task_struct from one machine and plop it into the memory space of another" and expect it to run. Of course. But you can write user-level (perhaps rootly) code that accepts a request to start a process.
