Lightbulb PC 104 driver for kernel 2.6

Hi All,

I ve a PXA 255 board , which ve a PC104 card . The PC104 card dscription is like it has 4 columns AB, CD . AB each 32 pin out and CD 20 pin out each . this card is connected to base adress 0x0800 0000 and CS2 pinf PXA 255 .

Plz any one help me how I can write a general driver for this card in 2.6 kernel . Already 2.6.26 kerne is running on the board .
