If anyone were to have a hope of giving any insight at all, it would probably help them to know what version/release of the kernel this is, what architecture and Linux OS this applies to, what sort of computer you're experiencing this on (desktop/laptop/new/old/very rare...), and why exactly you are "debugging the USB system", i.e. what got you to this situation in the first place?

There may well be more that would help, but the above info is a good place to start.
