the application is a GTK application .

and after some time the following message comes with window manager being gone .
can u please let me know what does this error mean? The application runs fine with 2.6.22. can u please figure tell me whats happening? is there any thing to do with configuration?

What is the application?
Is this something you compiled yourself?

Unable to handle kernel paging request at virtual address
Have you tried googling or searching that error message?
