Monitoring memory leak in device driver

I am testing a device driver in Suse Desktop 9 (kernel version 2.6.5-7). If there is memory leak in that driver loaded by insmod, what tool or command can I use to monitor it ? I tried top and slabtop, and it does not seem to do the job.
Thanks,
Jeff
