mapping between user application and kernel module with CTL_UNNUMBERED IN"sysctl" API

hi,

i have written one kernel module inside that i m using ctl_table structure in that i m using one field as .ctl_name = CTL_UNNUMBED,
my kernel module is working fine.

but i m not getting how to map user space application to that kernel module using sysctl API because CTL_UNNUMBERED is not define in usr/include/linux/sysctl.h. in the letest kernel 2.6.29.

upto 2.6.22 it is working with using some binary number instead of CTL_UNNUMBERED .

please help me out from this problem....give me some solution if any one know...
