Looking for kernel config and gcc optimization CFLAGS for Intel Atom N270

Hello guys, first post here

The topic says it almost all. I am running Slackware linux 13 on Intel D945GSEJT motherboard. The system is intended to work as a small file server.
Searching all over internet I could not find a clear statement what gcc flags work best for compiling on iAtom N270 and which kernel config options (especially in the processor type) to use.

Please share your configure files and ideas if you've compiled a kernel for this motherboard or processor.

Hello, welcome to this forum!

I am sorry, but I don't know which flags would be best with gcc. I am running a small file server based on D945GSEJT with Debian. When I compiled the kernel I have selected Core 2 Duo and it works fine.
