live cd display in half screen
 

hi ,

I have developed a live cd(using KNOPPIX) but facing some problems.

1) When i am running my application there is some problem of resolution, i.e my application opens on half screen instead of coming on the whole screen.

My application uses directFB and my kernel version is 2.6.11 .

I am using generic driver vesafb for accessing the frame buffer.


Can any one help me regarding this.

If you are making this for sale, then don't use a framebuffer device as many video cards don't support it. Obviously yours doesn't either.
