Great list.

Another good book for relatively new kernel is : Professional Linux Kernel Architecture.

ULK3 is good for kernel 2.6.11 (or 13?), but many things changed in the new kernels.

Also, I think for every kernel hacker, he needs some knowledge of the Operating Systems. One such book is this: Operating Systems: Internals and Design Principles (6th edition).
