Linux preempt rt and change clock system...

Hello,

I have a embedded system with kernel 2.6.24.7 with ingo molnar path (preempt rt) to support real time.
By other hand, I have a Qt app that it can change time system, but if I make some changes, my real time app crash.

is there any problem if I change system clock when a rt app is running?
I suppose if I change system clock, I have modified clock that real time use, I think but I not sure.

any advice?
Thank you in advance.
