kernel version for "sctp: make sctp over IPv6 work with IPsec" patch

We need the following patch specified in http://www.spinics.net/lists/linux-sctp/msg00863.html

Does anyone know which kernel version contain this patch?

Thanks Much in Advance!

It isn't in the mainline. However, it seems to be quite easily applicable.
